The Tri-Aid is a compact, versatile trigger point device designed to help you take control of pain and tension - anytime, anywhere.
With its unique three-sided design, the Tri-Aid specifically targets the small muscles at the base of your skull that often cause tension headaches and neck pain, while also working across the rest of your body for deep, effective relief.
Whether you’re an office worker dealing with daily stiffness, an athlete chasing recovery, or a frequent traveller, the Tri-Aid makes self-massage simple. Just place it where you need it, lean in, and feel the pressure melt away.
Lightweight, portable, and trusted by thousands, it’s the tool you’ll never want to leave behind.
Five products for training, recovery and everyday movement, in one pack.

Your feet do more work than any other part of your body and get the least attention. Complete Feet is the tool we built to fix that: one compact piece of kit for rolling, stretching and waking up the feet, arches and calves, from a sports chiropractor who spends his days looking at what happens when they're neglected.
Stand on it, roll through it, hold your balance on it. A few minutes in the morning before your feet hit the floor, or at night after a day in shoes, is all it takes.
What it does
- Roll. Textured nodules work the sole of the foot from heel to toes, reaching the arch and the small muscles that never get touched.
- Stretch. The contoured shape lets you load the arch, big toe and calf through a range of motion that flat floors and cushioned shoes never ask of them.
- Balance. [Flip it over and the narrow base becomes a balance challenge that switches on the stabilisers in the foot, ankle and hip.]
Who it's for
Anyone who spends the day on their feet or in shoes: runners and athletes who want their feet as ready as the rest of them, people who stand all day for work, and anyone who kicks off their shoes at night and feels how tight and tired their feet have become. If you already use the Tri-Aid for your neck and shoulders, this is the same idea taken to the other end of the body.
How to use
Start seated. Place one foot on the roller and move slowly from heel to toes, pausing anywhere that feels tight. Sixty seconds per foot is enough to begin with. Once that feels easy, stand and add body weight. [For the balance work, stand on the base barefoot and hold for thirty seconds a side, near a wall or bench at first.] Use it barefoot, and use it daily. The results come from consistency, not intensity.
What's in the box

Pairs with
Our magnesium balm for a few minutes of massage before you roll, and the Tri-Aid device for everything from the shoulders up. Together they cover the whole body.
Real ingredients, nothing else. A water-free blend of plant oils and plant wax, magnesium chloride, peppermint oil and vitamin E that melts on contact and massages in cleanly.
Why natural oils
Our base of coconut, olive and avocado oil is built from the same kinds of fatty acids as your skin's own barrier, so it gives you real glide for a proper massage and leaves a soft, conditioned finish instead of a greasy one. No parabens, silicones, petrochemicals, mineral oil, PEGs, artificial colours or synthetic fragrance, and nothing derived from animals.
Magnesium chloride
Magnesium is an essential mineral for our body. It can help with full body relaxation and can be the perfect tool in your recovery routine. We blend it straight into the oils rather than dissolving it in water, so every gram of balm carries it. On the skin it leaves a smooth, conditioned feel and a light tingle that fades as you massage.
Peppermint oil
A clean, cool scent and a fresh feel on the skin, without masking the natural smell of the oils.
How to use
Take a small amount on your fingertips, and massage into clean, dry skin in slow, circular motions. Use on feet, calves, shoulders and neck, on its own or before you pick up the Tri-Aid device. Sensitive skin? Start small and avoid freshly shaved or broken skin, where magnesium chloride can tingle more.
Good to know
Due to the all-natural oil and wax blend, it can soften in warm weather and firms up again somewhere cool. Store below 25 degrees, away from direct sun. External use only. Keep out of reach of children.
Long flights, long shifts, long runs. Our compression socks are built for the days that ask a lot of your legs, with a firm, graduated fit through the foot, ankle and calf and a soft bamboo blend you'll want to keep on from the first coffee to the last kilometre.
Graduated fit
The knit is snuggest at the ankle and eases off as it moves up the calf, so you get a supportive, locked-in feel without a tight band cutting in at the top.
Soft, breathable bamboo blend
Around 70% of the fabric comes from bamboo fibre, which gives the socks a soft, smooth handfeel and helps them breathe. That means a fresher, more comfortable feel through long sessions, hot days and long-haul travel.
Light enough for any shoe
There's no bulky padding, just a smooth, even knit from toe to cuff, so they sit comfortably in runners, work boots or dress shoes without crowding your feet.
Built to move with you
Polyester adds durability and spandex adds stretch and recovery, so the socks hold their shape wear after wear and stay put whether you're sitting at a gate, standing at a bench or out on the trail.
When to wear them
- Flights, road trips and long travel days
- Long shifts on your feet or long days at a desk
- Training sessions, race day and the day after a big one
- Around the house when your legs just want some support
Pairs with
Our R & R Magnesium Balm for a calf massage before you pull them on, and Complete Feet for rolling out your arches and calves at the end of the day. You'll find all three in the Athlete Recovery Pack.

Two bands, two jobs. The short loop is for warming up and switching on the glutes and hips before you train. The long band is for stretching afterwards, giving you the leverage to take a hamstring, hip flexor or calf further than you can on your own. Together they cover the start and the end of every session, and they weigh next to nothing in a bag.
The short band
A fabric loop that goes around the thighs or ankles for banded walks, bridges, clamshells and squats. It's the fastest way we know to get the glutes working before a run, a lift or a game, and it's the band we hand to patients who need their hips doing more of the work. Fabric, not latex, so it doesn't roll, snap or pinch.
The long band
A strong elasticated strap with enough length to loop around a foot while you lie on your back, so you can hold a stretch with your arms relaxed instead of fighting to reach. Hamstrings, calves, hip flexors, quads, chest and shoulders. Use it after training, at the end of the day, or as a slower morning routine when everything feels tight.
How to use
Warm up: short band around the thighs just above the knees, then ten to fifteen banded walks each direction and ten glute bridges. Two minutes and the hips are awake. Stretch: long band looped around the foot, lie back, straighten the leg and hold for thirty to sixty seconds a side, breathing slowly. Never yank into a stretch. Move to the edge, hold, and let the band do the work.
Who it's for
Runners, lifters, weekend team sport, and anyone whose warm-up is currently "a bit of a jog". If you sit for most of the day, the short band is the antidote for lazy glutes and the long band is the antidote for tight hamstrings.
What's in the pack
1 x short fabric loop band [length, resistance] · 1 x long stretch band [length] · [Carry pouch]
