QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our products, how they work and finding what fits your routine.

What’s the difference between the Athlete Recovery Pack and Wellness Pack?

Both packs bring together TRI-AID essentials for movement, recovery and everyday wellbeing. The Athlete Recovery Pack includes five products and adds Complete Feet for extra focus on the feet, arches and calves. The Wellness Pack includes the same core recovery products, without Complete Feet.

What does the Tri-Aid Trigger Point Device do?

The Tri-Aid is a compact, three-sided trigger point device designed for targeted self-massage. Its different sides allow you to work across different areas of the body, including the small muscles at the base of the skull as well as larger muscle groups throughout the body.

What is Complete Feet for?

Complete Feet is designed for the feet, arches and calves. Use it to roll the sole of the foot, work through stretches and, when flipped over, challenge balance and the stabilising muscles through the foot, ankle and hip.

What’s the difference between the Recovery Bands?

The short fabric loop is designed for activation and warm-ups, particularly around the glutes and hips. The long band is designed for stretching, giving you extra leverage to work through areas like the hamstrings, calves, hip flexors, quads and shoulders.

What is R&R Magnesium Enriched Balm and how do I use it?

R&R Magnesium Enriched Balm combines plant oils and wax, magnesium chloride, peppermint oil and vitamin E. Massage a small amount into clean, dry skin on areas such as the feet, calves, shoulders and neck, either on its own or as part of your recovery routine.

Can I use TRI-AID products together?

Yes. Each product can be used on its own or combined as part of your routine — from warming up and stretching with the Recovery Bands to targeted self-massage with Tri-Aid, foot care with Complete Feet and massage with R&R.
